Gather 3 pounds of pork ribs, 1 cup of honey, ½ cup of soy sauce, ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 cloves of minced garlic
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, rinse the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tender results.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the ribs on the preheated grill, bone-side down. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally
Once seared, move the ribs to the cooler side of the grill or reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours
During the last 20 minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the ribs, allowing it to caramelize and form a sticky glaze.
To ensure the ribs are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to verify an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) for pork.
Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute,
Slice the ribs between the bones and serve hot with your favorite BBQ sides like coleslaw, cornbread, or grilled vegetables.
